Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayónnaise
  • 1 cup Greek yógurt
  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chópped
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves, chópped
  • 1 medium size garlic, chópped
  • 3 tablespóóns freshly squeezed lemón juice (may use additiónal tablespóón óf lemón juice tó thin dressing)
  • 1 tablespóón Champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspóón Dijón mustart
  • salt and pepper, tó taste
